Description

• The FRET B/G Substrate Kit provides a ratiometric, end-point method of analyzing beta-lactamase activity in cell lysates. It is a very simple assay with minimized experimental noise by combining the components for lysis and detection in a single reagent addition. This kit can be used with both top-read or bottom read fluorescence instrumentation.
