Description
- CHO-K1/CRE-bla/PAC1 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Adenylate Cyclase Activating Polypeptide 1 Receptor 1 (ADCYAP1R⁄PAC1). Under the control of the Cyclic AMP Response Element (CRE) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. Using a low-dose treatment of Mitomycin-C, these cells are irreversibly division arrested, but without apparent toxicity or change in cellular signal transduction. These cells have been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions.
