• The Fluo-4 Direct Calcium Assay Kit can provide a homogeneous fluorescent calcium assay and achieve a large assay window. This kit is similar to Fluo-4 No-Wash Calcium Assay Kit. Both of them are formulated for ease in cell loading. However, the unique feature of the Fluo-4 Direct Calcium Assay Kit is that there is no background fluorescence problem of complete cell culture media.
