- CHO-K1/NFAT-bla/HTR2C is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human 5-hydroxytrptamine (serotonin) receptor 2C (HTR2C). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions.
