• CHO-K1/CRE-bla/HTR7 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 7. Under the control of the Cyclic AMP Response Element (CRE) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions.
