  • CHO-K1/CRE-bla/ADORA2A is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Adenosine Receptor A2A (ADORA2A). Under the control of the Cyclic AMP Response Element (CRE) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. ADORA2A has been shown to he involved in many biological functions, such as the regulation of blood pressure, pain and inflammation , inhibition of platelet aggregation, and contributes to ischemic brain damage.
