• CHO-K1/NFAT-bla/ADRA1A is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing Adrenergic, alpha1A subtype (ADRA1A). Upon the stimulation of GPCR, calcium binding to the aequorin oxidation of coelenterazine leads to emission of light. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions.
