• CHO-K1/NFAT-bla/MCHR2 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Melanin-concentrating Hormone 2 (GPR145) (MCHR2). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions.
