Detailed Information
- CHO-K1/NFAT-bla/P2RY11 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Purinergic receptor P2, G protein-coupled, 11 (P2RY11). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. P2RY11 is expressed in various tissues, such as brain, lymphocytes, stomach, spleen, and heart. It is involved in the maturation of monocyte-derived dendritic cells.
