• CHO-K1/RXFP3 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing GPCR135 (RXFP3). Upon the stimulation of GPCR, calcium binding to the aequorin oxidation of coelenterazine leads to emission of light. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. It is amenable for use with calcium coupled ion channels and tyrosine kinase receptors.
