Description
- Ultra cAMP assay is a homogeneous time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET)-based immunoassay with unmatched sensitivity and a simple protocol. It is used to measure cAMP produced upon modulation of adenylyl cyclase activity by GPCRs. This kit is quite suitable to work with endogenous receptors, difficult Gi-coupled receptors, or low cell numbers.
