Description

  • CHO-K1/Gα15-NFAT-bla/C5aR1 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Complement Component 5a Receptor 1 (C5aR1). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element and a promiscuous G Protein, Gα15, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. Using a low-dose treatment of Mitomycin-C, these cells are irreversibly division arrested, but without apparent toxicity or change in cellular signal transduction. These cells have been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions.
