Description

  • HEK293T/NFAT-bla/EDG7 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Endothelial Differentiation Gene (EDG7). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. Using a low-dose treatment of Mitomycin-C, these cells are irreversibly division arrested, but without apparent toxicity or change in cellular signal transduction. These cells have been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. LPA recetors, which are classified in the Lysophospholipid (LPA & S1P) family, are differentially linked to multiple effector systems and biological functions via Gi and Gq.
