Detailed Information
- CHO-KA/Gα15-NFAT-bla/ADORA3 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Adenosine A3 Receptor (ADORA3). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element and a promiscuous G protein, Ga15, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions.
