Detailed Information
- CHO-K1/Gα15-NFAT-bla/CNR1 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Cannabinoid Receptor 1 (CNR1). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element and the Promiscuous G protein, Gα15, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. CNR1 is present in many tissues throughout the body, such as neurons of the brain, the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, basal ganglia, and the cerebellum.
