Detailed Information

  • CHO-K1/CRE-bla/DRD1 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Dopamine Receptor 1 (D1). Under the control of the Cyclic AMP Response Element (CRE) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. Agonists and antagonists of the 5HT receptors have been reported to be associated with the treatment of neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, and psychosis.
