• CHO-K1/CRE-bla/DRD5 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Dopamine Receptor 5 (D5). Under the control of the Cyclic AMP Response Element (CRE) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions.
