• CHO-K1/NFAT-bla/GPR54 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human KiSS1 receptor (GPR54). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. The GPR54 receptor is involved in the development and functional regulation of the gonads, and in tumor progression and metastasis.
