  • CHO-K1/NFAT-bla/CysLT2 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Cysteinyl receptor (CysLT2). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. The cysteine leukotriene receptors, CysLT1 and CysLT2, are primary targets for anti-asthma drugs.
