• CHO-K1/NFAT-bla/M3 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Acetylcholine (Muscarinic) Receptor 3 (M3). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. The M3 receptor, localized in smooth muscle, exocrine glands, and the central nervous system, has been implicated in autoimmune and neurological disorders.
