Detailed Information

• CHO-K1/NFAT-bla/M4 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Acetylcholine (muscarinic) subtype 4 receptor (M4). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element and the Chimeric G protein, Gqo5, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. The M4 receptor may be involved various biological functions, such as dopaminergic function, wound healing, anxiolysis, and analgesia.
