• CHO-K1/NFAT-bla/GPR10 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Prolactin Releasing Peptide (GPR10). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. The GPR10 receptor is involved in multiple metabolic disorders, such as the regulation of food intake, lactation, and other physiological functions
