• CHO-K1/RXFP4 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing GPCR142 (RXFP4). Upon the stimulation of GPCR, calcium binding to the aequorin oxidation of coelenterazine leads to emission of light. This cell line is amenable for use with calcium coupled ion channels and tyrosine kinase receptors.
