• HEK293F/CRE-bla/CALCRL-RAMP3 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human Amylin Receptor 2 (CALCRL-RAMP3). Under the control of the cAMP response element (CRE), this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions.
