Detailed Information

• HEK293/Gqi5-NFAT-bla/OPRL1 is a stable recombinant human cell line expressing the human opioid/opiate receptor-like-1 receptor (OPRL1). Under the control of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) response element, this cell line can stably express the beta-lactamase (bla) reporter gene and the chimeric Gqi5 G protein. This cell line has been functionally validated and tested under variable conditions. OPRL1 has been implicated in various physiological functions, including the mediation of pain in the central nervous system and, the ability to cope with stress and anxiety, learning, memory, and reproduction.
