Biological Activity

• Biological Activity:
• (-)-Xestospongin C is a cell permeable inhibitor of IP3-dependent Ca²⁺ release. It can inhibit Ca²⁺ release induced by bradykinin in PC12 cells, but does not interact with the IP3 binding site.
